一、SAE J30 Series Automotive Fuel Lines
The SAE J30 series constitutes the core specification framework for fuel and diesel delivery hoses. The range of hose types covered by these standards has evolved from early universal hoses to modern fuel injection hoses featuring low permeability and ethanol resistance.
1.SAE J30 R6 Diesel-Gasoline Pipeline: A universal flexible hose specifically designed for diesel and gasoline transportation, suitable for conventional fuel media. The hose features high flexibility, lightweight construction, excellent sealing performance, stable oil resistance and aging resistance, and operates effectively across a wide temperature range of-40°C to 100°C.
2.SAE J30 R7 Fuel Ethanol Gasoline Line: Specifically designed for fuel delivery applications, suitable for power motorcycles, fuel systems, and crankcase fuel distribution scenarios. Compatible with both conventional fuel and ethanol gasoline, it exhibits excellent resistance to fuel corrosion and leakage prevention, with a operating temperature range of-40°C to 125°C and strong adaptability under extreme temperature conditions.
3.SAE J30 R9/R10 Fuel Injection Pipe: Specifically designed for fuel injection systems in trucks and construction machinery, it is compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, ethanol, biodiesel, and acidic oxidizing gases. This product operates stably across a wide temperature range of-40°C to 135°C, making it a critical component for industrial and mining transportation applications.
4.SAE J30 R13 biodiesel fuel line: suitable for diesel and biodiesel (including all combinations of SME, RME, or PME); also applicable for gasoline, ethanol blends, 100% methanol (without blending), or engine oil. Temperature range: -40°C – 135°C
5.SAE J30 R14 Low-Permeability Fuel Line: Designed for automobiles, light-duty trucks, off-road vehicles, and engines requiring barrier fuel lines; operating temperature range: -40°C to 100°C.

二、Wire-woven pipe
Standard steel-wire braided pipes have a temperature range of –40°C to 100°C; they can be customized for low-temperature applications (–55°C) or high-temperature applications (155°C), and are available in various colors including black, red, orange, and blue. They support two surface finish options—textured or smooth—and are suitable for a wide range of equipment integration and application scenarios.
1.SAE100 R1/R2 Woven Steel Wire Tubing: This product series consists of the most commonly used hoses in hydraulic equipment and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including construction machinery (excavators, loaders, mining roadheaders), hydraulic systems, oil and gas transmission systems, and mud transportation systems in mining operations.
2. EN857 1SC/2SC ultra-soft steel wire braided pipe: featuring an extremely small bending radius, exceptional flexibility, temperature resistance, and lightweight design. It resists deformation and damage during bending, making it ideal for confined installation spaces and high-frequency bending applications.
3.SAE 100R16/R17/R19: Significantly reduces hose outer diameter and bending radius, featuring two key advantages— “constant pressure performance” and “exceptional flexibility.” Compared to conventional hoses, it delivers superior constant-pressure characteristics, higher pressure ratings, and a broader size range. Its compact design ensures perfect fit in tight installation spaces of modern equipment.
4.SAE 100 R50/R5-C/R5-R: Specifically designed for medium and low-pressure applications requiring high flexibility and lightweight performance, it is fully compatible with diverse fluid environments including petroleum-based hydraulic oils, lubricants, diesel fuels, antifreeze fluids, and liquefied petroleum gas. It exhibits outstanding safety and stability.
5.Fire suppression system hose: designed for fixed-engine fire suppression systems used on non-road vehicles, mining equipment, vessels, and other applications, as well as for harsh environments such as high-temperature fire scenes and open-air outdoor settings; the hose features a red outer layer to facilitate easy identification within the fire suppression system.

1.SAE100 R9/R12 steel wire winding pipe: using a four layer steel wire winding forming process, it has good temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and explosion resistance, with a temperature range of -40 ℃ -100 ℃. It can be fully adapted to extreme working conditions such as heavy mining, large excavation equipment, heavy-duty hydraulic drilling rigs, and high-pressure conveying systems.
2.SAE100 R13/R15 steel wire winding pipe: using four/six layers of steel wire winding, suitable for petroleum based hydraulic oil, temperature range -40 ℃ -120 ℃.
3.EN854 4SP/EN856 4SH steel wire winding pipe: It adopts a four layer cross winding structure, which is rigid, anti extrusion, and not easy to deform. It can withstand long-term ultra-high pressure and high-frequency pulse heavy load conditions, and is suitable for temperature ranges of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It can operate stably in both high and low temperature environments.
4.Steel wire wrapped drilling pipe: suitable for oil field cementing, well repair, petroleum geological exploration, mining small drilling rigs and hydraulic coal mining, conveying fluid media such as mud and ambient temperature water; Temperature range: -40 ° C -100 .
5.Concrete conveying pipe: using two-layer/four layer steel wire rope winding, used to deliver concrete to the pouring position, generally used as the end rubber hose for concrete pump truck pouring; Temperature range: -4 ℃ -80 ℃.
