I. SAE J30 Series Automotive Fuel Hoses
① SAE J30 R6 Diesel/Gasoline Hose – General-purpose hose for diesel and gasoline transfer. Stable oil resistance and aging resistance; supports wide temperature range from -40°C to 100°C.

② SAE J30 R7 Fuel/Ethanol Hose – Designed for fuel delivery applications, suitable for motorcycles, fuel systems, and crankcase fuel transfer. Compatible with gasoline, ethanol-blended fuels, etc. Excellent resistance to fuel corrosion and permeation; operating temperature: -40°C to 125°C.

③ SAE J30 R9/R10 Fuel Injection Hose – Engineered for fuel injection systems in trucks and construction machinery. Compatible with gasoline, diesel, ethanol, biodiesel, and acidic oxidation gases. Stable operation from -40°C to 135°C.

④ SAE J30 R13 Biodiesel Fuel Hose – Suitable for diesel and biodiesel . Also for gasoline, ethanol blends, 100% methanol (unblended), or engine oil. Temp. range: -40°C to 135°C.

⑤ SAE J30 R14 Low-Permeation Fuel Hose – Used in passenger cars, light trucks, off‑road vehicles, and engines requiring barrier fuel hoses. Temp. range: -40°C to 100°C.


II. Oil Cooler Hoses
① Nylon‑braided Oil Cooler Hose – Lightweight and flexible, designed for medium‑low pressure cooling circuits. Resists hardening and cracking; stable performance. Mainly used in modified vehicle oil cooler systems. Temp. range: -40°C to 135°C.

② Stainless steel wire-Oil Cooler Hose – Outer layer braided with stainless steel wire for high‑pressure and pulse resistance; ideal for demanding cooling applications.

③ Transmission Cooler Hose – Formulated with fully heat‑resistant compound and aramid fiber braiding. Used in automatic transmission inlet and return lines. Temp. range: -40°C to 160°C.


III. A/C Hoses
① SAE J2064 Type B – Mobile Refrigeration Hose – Available in steel‑wire‑braided or textile‑braided outer layer. Designed for refrigerant circulation, balancing pressure resistance and flexibility. Suitable for bus and off‑road A/C systems. Temp. range: -40°C to 135°C.

② SAE J2064 Type C/E – Automotive A/C Hose – Choose spiral or braided construction. Used in trucks, cars, and construction vehicle A/C systems. Compatible with refrigerants R12, R134a, 1234yf. Temp. range: -40°C to 135°C.

IV. Radiator Hoses
① SAE J20 R1/R2 Radiator Coolant Hose – General‑purpose radiator hose; reinforcement layer of high‑strength polyester cord. Heat‑aging and corrosion resistant. Temp. range: -40°C to 150°C. R2 version adds a spiral steel wire for improved pressure and pulse resistance.

② SAE J20 R3 Radiator Heater Hose – All‑EPDM compound for excellent flexibility and aging resistance. Temp. range: -40°C to 150°C. For extreme temperatures, silicone material available (up to 250°C).


V. Brake Hoses
① SAE J1401 – Double extra‑tough polyester yarn braid with a distinctive striped appearance. Designed for hydraulic pressure transmission in automotive brake systems.

② SAE J1402 / DIN74310 – Pneumatic Brake Hose – Options: (a) cotton‑braided outer layer (similar to SAE 100R5); (b) one layer of polyester or steel‑wire braid. Used in pneumatic brake equipment for motor vehicles and trailers. Max. temp. 135°C.

③ Teflon Brake Hose – For high‑performance, modified, or severe‑duty vehicles requiring shorter stopping distances. Operating temp.: -65°C to 260°C.
