①SAE J30Automotive Fuel Hoses

According to the usage and performance requirements of the products, all series of fuel pipelines of SAE J30 R5/R6/R7/R9/R10/R13/R14 can be produced. Recycled materials are refused and the glue content is as high as 45%

Some products are equipped with shielding layers to better meet the performance requirements of low permeability.

②SAE J1532 Oil Cooler Hose

It usually has the appearance of outer woven cotton thread/polyester thread/steel wire, with stable performance and a temperature resistance of up to 135℃. It can be used to convey media such as E10/E20/E85. Non-enhanced ultra-flexible pipelines are in abundant stock with a wide range of colors to choose from, eliminating your concerns about minimum order quantities.

③ SAE J20 Radiator Hose

The use of EPDM/ silicone material can ensure the excellent temperature resistance and aging resistance of the tube body. Currently, the full series of SAE J20 R1/R2/R2/R4/R5 hoses can be produced in accordance with international standards, and semi-temperature-resistant and “non-standard performance” products are refused to be produced.

④ SAE J188/J189/J190 Power Steering Hose

Made of CSM material both inside and out, it features high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, high pulse resistance, and excellent aging resistance. It complies with international standards and can be customized with fiber/steel wire reinforced hoses according to customer requirements.

⑤ SAE J2064 Air Conditioning Hose

Using EPDM/CSM/CIIR raw materials, refrigerants such as R404, R134a, and 1234yf can be conveyed.

In line with international standards, we can produce Type B mobile refrigerated air conditioning pipes, Type C and Type E vehicle air conditioning hoses. Customized wall thickness is supported to meet the needs of various vehicles.
