I. Liquid Cooling Systems: Why Are They Needed?
Liquid cooling is a heat dissipation technology that utilizes liquid to directly or indirectly contact a heat source, thereby more efficiently removing heat. Its core advantage lies in the fact that liquids have a much higher thermal conductivity and heat capacity than air.
Core Functions: Removes extremely high amounts of heat: Handles the kilowatt-level heat dissipation requirements of GPU/CPU chips. Significantly reduces the PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of data centers, resulting in energy savings. Enables more compact server designs and more concentrated computing power deployment.
Main Application Industries: Large-scale data centers, high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence training, edge computing.
Currently, the mainstream equipment form is: cold-plate liquid-cooled servers (where the chip is in contact with a cold plate); the cutting-edge trend is immersion liquid cooling (where the equipment is directly immersed in the coolant).
Common Media: Cold-plate systems widely use water-based coolants (usually a mixture of deionized water and ethylene glycol/propylene glycol).
Stringent Requirements for Piping: Absolute Reliability: Must achieve “zero leakage” for several years.
Material stability: When immersed in coolant for extended periods, it will not swell, age, or leach harmful substances.

*Superior temperature and chemical resistance: Can withstand temperatures from -80°C to +260°C for extended periods, resisting corrosion from almost all chemical media.
*Extreme cleanliness and low permeability: Smooth inner wall, non-adsorbent, non-leaching, low permeability.
③ Specific Matching: NBR Hose (for oil-based coolants)
Uses NBR/CR as inner and outer layers, its greatest characteristic being excellent resistance to oil media.
