SAE J1532 Oil Cooler Hose

Based on product performance requirements, the SAE J1532 standard classifies products into two types: Type A and Type B, suitable for conveying media such as E85.

Type A is used in the main circuit of gearbox cooling systems, offering higher pressure and heat resistance ratings.

Type B is used in auxiliary cooling circuits for aftermarket retrofit/modification of auxiliary coolers.

The appearance can be customized to customer preferences, using braided stainless steel wire or braided black/colored polyester wire. For applications requiring immersion in an oil tank, HNBR high-performance oil cooling tubing can also be customized.

SAE J20 Heater Hose and Radiator Hose

Primarily used in engine cooling systems of automobiles, construction machinery, and other power equipment, these hoses transmit water-glycol-based coolants and include radiator hoses and heater hoses.

J20 R1 is used in conventional cooling circuits for low to medium pressure conditions;

J20 R2 is used in high-pressure/high-vacuum circuits requiring collapse resistance, such as turbocharged engine cooling systems;

J20 R3 is used in equipment operating in low-temperature or high-temperature environments.

Based on temperature resistance, materials can be selected from rubber or silicone.

Temperature resistance: -40℃ ~ +150℃; silicone material can withstand temperatures up to 250℃.

SAE J188 Power Steering Hose

Used for flexible connections in automotive power steering systems to dampen pump pressure pulsations. The inner and outer rubber components are made of CSM chlorosulfonated polyethylene, with a typical temperature resistance of -40℃ to +135℃. It is often used in conjunction with the SAE J189 low-pressure power steering return line, covering the high-pressure and return sides of the power steering system respectively.

SAE J1401 & J1402 Brake Hose

Both are used in road vehicle braking systems. J1401 is a hydraulic brake hose, and J1402 is an air brake hose. Commercial vehicles use J1402 for air brake priority, while light vehicles use J1401 for hydraulic brake priority. There is no difference in grade between the two; only the system and the medium differ.
