We are announcing the completion of development for our next-generation vehicle air conditioning hoses, representing a breakthrough in core materials and structures. This new air conditioning hose lineup, encompassing key SAE J2064 TYPE C, E, and B models, features the following key upgrades:

① Innovative Material Formulation: Replacing the traditional EPDM/CSM inner rubber formulation with an innovative use of all-butyl (CIIR) rubber as the inner layer. This material boasts extremely low gas permeability and excellent heat and aging resistance, significantly improving refrigerant retention capacity and long-term system stability.

② Streamlined and Efficient Structure: Eliminating the traditional PA liner, this design simplifies the pipe structure while ensuring equal or even higher barrier performance, reducing the risk of interlayer delamination, enhancing overall flexibility and environmental adaptability, and providing greater convenience for complex vehicle piping designs.

③ Comprehensive Performance Validation: The all-butyl inner rubber formulation is undergoing rigorous durability and compatibility testing, aiming to provide reliable thermal management piping support for global customers.
