【Main production line】

1. Steel wire spiral hose (EN856 4SP/4SH)
*EN856 4SP and 4SH are both reinforced hydraulic hoses wound with four layers of high-strength copper-plated steel wire. The inner and outer rubbers are oil-resistant and water-resistant synthetic rubber.
*Suitable for transporting a variety of hydraulic fluids, water and water-based fluids, working pressure 25-60Mpa.
Applications: Engineering machinery (excavator boom pipelines, crane hydraulic systems), mining machinery, oil drilling equipment, machine tool equipment, shipping, shield machine propulsion hydraulic cylinders.

2. Steel wire braided hose (SAE 100 R1/R2, EN853 1SN/2SN, SAE 100 R16/R17)
*Use one or two layers of high-strength steel wire braid. Wear and oil resistant rubber. SAE 100 R16/R17 is a compact braided hose with better flexibility and suitable for installation in small spaces.
*Working pressure is within 25Mpa and 35Mpa respectively. They are respectively used in low-pressure systems (oil return pipelines, oil drain pipelines), complex wiring inside equipment, and hydraulic drive of robot arms. Medium and high pressure hydraulic systems, agricultural tractors, dump trucks, on-site hydraulic equipment and other mobile equipment.

3. Gas station /Fuel dispenser hose EN1360
*Composed of NBR+CR inner and outer rubber layers, usually a layer of steel wire braid in the middle, or polyester filament braid + copper wire, which has anti-static properties. Supports extremely low temperature -55 degree styles.
*Used to transport various mineral oils, diesel gasoline, and working pressures ranging from 16bar to 20bar. It is used in gas station fuel filling systems, tank truck loading and unloading operations, and mobile tank truck oil delivery systems.

4.EPDM steam coolant hose
* The inner and outer rubbers are all made of EPDM rubber, which has excellent temperature resistance. The reinforcement layer can choose steel wire braiding or polyester thread braiding according to the pressure.
*Transporting saturated steam, heat, cooling water for refrigeration equipment, and low-concentration acid and alkali solutions. Applied in -30°C ~ +150°C environment, the instantaneous temperature can be as high as 260 degrees. Steam cleaners, flat plate vulcanizers and injection molding machines and other hot pressing equipment, chemical plants, shipyards, refrigeration equipment, engine cooling systems, data center cooling systems, etc.
