1SC 1SN These are “capillaries,” responsible for control signals, oil return, and auxiliary functions. Due to their good flexibility and low cost, they are often used in areas where pressure requirements are not high but frequent bending or confined spaces are necessary:

◎ Return Line: Returns hydraulic oil from the actuator to the oil tank at extremely low pressure.

◎ Pilot Control Line: Connects the pilot line from the cab handle/foot pedal valve to the main control valve.

◎ Suction Line: Connects the oil tank to the hydraulic pump inlet (pay attention to vacuum requirements; sometimes a dedicated suction line is used, but it’s also seen in low-pressure applications).

◎ Cooling System Line: Connects to the hydraulic oil radiator.

◎ Small Attachment Drive: Auxiliary lines for small breakers, log grapples (if the pressure does not exceed their rated value).

Agricultural Machinery and Light Construction Machinery: Lifting systems for small tractors, forklifts, etc.

2SC 2SN It is the “aorta,” bearing the heavy responsibility of high pressure and driving core movements (digging, lifting, rotating, and moving). It is commonly used in high-pressure working circuits and is a core part of engineering machinery, bearing the high working pressure and pressure shock of the system:

◎ Main Pump Outlet Piping: Connects the hydraulic main pump to the multi-way control valve, bearing the system’s highest pressure (typically above 300-400 bar).

◎ Hydraulic Cylinder Drive Piping:

Excavator: Inlet and outlet hydraulic hoses for the boom, stick, and bucket cylinders.

Crane: Piping for the telescopic boom cylinder, luffing cylinder, and outrigger cylinder.

Concrete Pump Truck: Main hydraulic cylinder piping for the concrete pumping system.

◎ Hydraulic Motor Drive Piping:

Travel Motor: High-pressure hydraulic hose driving the tracks or tires.

Slewing Motor: Piping driving the rotation of the upper platform.

Mixer Motor: Drum drive for concrete mixer trucks.

High-Pressure Attachment Piping: Drives high-pressure attachments such as large breakers, hydraulic shears, and rotary drill bits.

4SP Typical applications (small diameter, ultra-high pressure) are suitable for circuits requiring extremely high pressure but with relatively medium flow rates:

◎ High-pressure pilot control system: Electro-hydraulic proportional control circuit for certain large mining trucks or ultra-heavy-tonnage excavators.

◎ Accumulator connection piping: Connects to high-pressure accumulators, requiring withstands instantaneous high-pressure surges.

◎ Small high-pressure attachments: Specialized tools such as high-pressure water jet cutting accessories and ultra-high-pressure hydraulic bolt tensioners.

◎ Test and diagnostic interface: Main circuit branches used to connect high-pressure gauges or sensors.

◎ Compact high-pressure circuit: Used in space-constrained locations where pressure requirements exceed the 2SN limit (>400 bar).

4SH Typical applications (large diameter, high flow rate + high pressure) This is the “lifeline” of large-scale engineering machinery, used to deliver huge hydraulic oil flows while maintaining high pressure:

◎ Large Excavator Main Pump Outlet: For large excavators (40 tons and above) and mining excavators, this is the high-flow inlet hose connecting the main hydraulic pump to the main control valve.

◎ Heavy-Duty Cranes (All-Terrain/Crawler Cranes):

Telescopic Boom System: Large-diameter hydraulic cylinder lines driving the extension and retraction of multiple boom sections.

Luffing System: Main hydraulic cylinder lines supporting the weight of the massive boom.

Outrigger System: High-pressure hydraulic lines ensuring vehicle stability.

◎ Concrete Pump Trucks (Sky Pumps/Ground Pumps):

Main Cylinder Drive: The core high-pressure line driving the reciprocating motion of the concrete piston, with extremely high pressure fluctuations (high-frequency pulses).

S-hose Swing Valve System: A key high-pressure circuit controlling the direction of concrete flow.

◎ Rotary Drilling Rigs:

Main Winch Motor: The power source for lifting the heavy drill rod and drill bit.

Pressure Cylinder: Lines applying enormous drilling pressure downwards.

◎ Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs):

Main hydraulic lines for the propulsion system and cutterhead drive system, requiring extremely high reliability and long service life.

◎ Port machinery and mining trucks: Dump truck lifting systems, telescopic boom systems for reach stackers.
