Inner rubber layer: CIIR chlorobutyl synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: One layer of polyester filament yarn braid (impregnated red thread, good bonding, can reduce oxygen permeability to a certain extent).
Outer layer: CIIR chlorobutyl synthetic rubber

CIIR rubber, or chlorobutyl rubber, is a special synthetic rubber with the following properties. Excellent air and water tightness:

If there is a higher requirement for oxygen permeability, the hose can be customised with EVOH shielding, which can significantly reduce the oxygen permeability.
EVOH is a new type of barrier material, its gas barrier is 100 times higher than PA (polyamide), 10,000 times higher than PE, PP, and tens of times higher than PVDC (polyvinylidene dichloride), which is a commonly used high barrier material.
In addition, EVOH has excellent transparency, gloss, mechanical strength, stretchability, abrasion resistance, cold resistance and surface strength, and also has the highest thermal stability among high-performance barrier resins.
