USA Style Coupling

American Standard Claw Type Air Coupling, also known as Chicago Internal Thread Quick Coupling, also known as UA Quick Coupling, is an internal thread coupling in the Air Thread Quick Coupling. Since NPT thread standard equipment is rarely used in China, this Chicago threaded quick connect is mostly suitable for American equipment connection. Chicago series products adopt a uniform pitch of 42 mm, and no other quick-connect connectors are required for connection; the whole series can be connected and used at will, reducing construction costs. Chicago series connectors with a size exceeding 1 inch are designed with 4 claws and strengthened. In order to solve the problem of reduced pressure-bearing capacity due to large specifications and sizes, the small round hole design of the Chicago series joints is to better improve the safety factor and prevent the joints from falling off at a certain working pressure and time, leading to problems such as leakage.
